This workshop is a guided deep dive into building performance from concept.
Participants will generate their work entirely in class while developing a strong draft for an original performance piece.
This is ideal for those ready to move beyond introduction and begin shaping their own artistic language through live work.
10% theory / 90% creation

Grounded in Getsay’s work across performance, sculpture, and conceptual art, this session explores performance as a process of turning ideas into action.
Participants are supported in creating from their own questions, tensions, and perspectives. The focus is on developing performance that feels intentional, grounded, and deeply personal.
By the end of this intensive, each participant will leave with:
A structured performance blueprint
A written score
Conceptual clarity
A framework for developing a short live piece
